*Where does Seduction Emporium ship it's products? We ship only to the United States at this time. *Please also read our Shipping Info page for more shipping information.

*Is Seduction Emporium's packaging discreet? Yes, all packaging is discreet and will not state the contents or the nature of the contents.

*Does Seduction Emporium offer refunds? Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. If there is a defect with a product, please contact us immediately! Never return anything without contacting us for instructions first.

*What if I order the wrong size or color? Please read the descriptions on all of our products carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, please contact us before placing your order. Shoes: If you wear a half size, please select the next whole size as we do not offer half sizes in shoes at this time.

*What payments are accepted? We accept all major US credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

*What shipping method does Seduction Emporium use? We prefer Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail. We may sometimes use UPS also. If you have a preference between these three options, please tell us in the comment area when you check out.
